Values
Compassionate
Care for the people we are humbled to serve, and work with, is what drives us. As a direct health charity, the solutions we create are led by input from local communities and culturally tailored.

Ambitious
We want to help as many people as we can, as much as possible, who wouldn't otherwise have been helped without or work. We are aware that there are other actors in global health also doing great work. This means we analyse the counterfactuals to every decision we make to optimise for this, relentlessly.
Open Minded
We're flexible to the best way of making impact as possible. By operating in a learning mindset we adapt quickly to new information and changing circumstances. This allows us to maintain steadfastness in the face of uncertainty.

Evidence led
Our goal is to make the most difference, counterfactually. That involves spending time analysing the landscape in which we operate carefully and making decisions accordingly.
Innovative
We find innovative approaches to solving difficult problems and maximise the impact of all forms of resources available to us. We think laterally to find innovative solutions to existing challenges.
