We want to help as many people as we can who wouldn't otherwise have been helped without our work. We are aware that there are other actors in global health also doing great work, so we analyse the counterfactuals of every decision that we make.

We're flexible to the best way of making impact. By operating in a learning mindset we adapt quickly to new information and changing circumstances. This allows us to remain resilient in the face of uncertainty.

Our goal is to make the most difference, counterfactually. That involves spending time analysing the landscape in which we operate carefully and making decisions accordingly.
